Very often our clients look to us to undertake the professional valuation of personal property and arrange for the disposal of items within the deceased estate so that the property is ready, for example, to be put on the market.

A detailed inventory or valuation can prove to be a priceless document for these purposes. The document will contain a detailed description of each item seen, including measurements, distinctive marks and damage.
